The new, combined venture will provide clients with workforce management solutions covering the complete employment life-cycle, from initial job posting through retirement. The corporate name of the new entity will be AccessPoint, which will have multiple dedicated business units. Including AccessPoint HR, a provider of outsourced human resources management solutions, professional employer services and safety consulting. The Advance Employment division will deliver recruiting, temporary, and direct-hire staffing solutions for employers in a broad range of job classifications. AccessPoint Benefits Group will provide employee benefits expertise for small to medium size employers. Finally, AccessPoint Accounting Services will offer outsourced accounting services that integrate with clients’ payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems through AccessPoint HR.

As CEO of AccessPoint Greg Packer will lead the overall organization, while Blaine Schultz continues in his role as President of Advance Employment. The combined organization will be headquartered in Novi, Michigan with the Advance Employment team operating out of Lansing, Michigan.
