AccessPoint, an experienced Staffing, Recruiting, HR Outsourcing, and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) company, today announced that Michigan-based Preferred Solutions has merged into its Staffing business unit, where it will operate independently. AccessPoint CEO Greg Packer, and Preferred Solutions CEO Marie Seipenko, made the announcement.
With this merger, AccessPoint adds significantly to its market presence in the areas of Electronic Health Records (EHR) implementations, Healthcare Information Technology Staffing and Consulting, and mandatory audits required of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

It will be a smooth and rapid operational consolidation given the business cultures, character and tight-knit leadership groups of each entity. Preferred Solutions will continue to be led by its existing executive and operations teams, which will include Marie Seipenko, President and CEO of the company since 2002.
