I am a Service Manager for the Grand Rapids office. My key functions of being a Service Manager are developing relationships with our clients and working hands on with my team to make sure we are providing top notch service to our clients and our employees. In this role, I really like to focus on making sure we are sending our clients candidates who really mesh well with the culture of the company that we are placing them at. We really push ourselves to make sure that the placements we make are long lasting and successful for both our clients and associates.

I have been with AccessPoint since 2009. I started off doing data entry in our Kalamazoo office, moved into an Account Manager role for our Battle Creek office, then became a Senior Account Manager and have now been the Service Manager for 2 years.

Before my career with AccessPoint I was a Sales Manager at a local gym in Kalamazoo called Strength Beyond Gym and Fitness. There I was responsible for interacting with our members and running promotions to increase business.

In my free time, you can find me in the kitchen baking or cooking for my family. I also enjoy spending time with my nephews and nieces. I love do it yourself projects and anything to keep my hands busy.
