My role as an Account Manager includes providing a world-class experience for our customers by fulfilling, anticipating and maintaining all of their staffing needs. This achieved by utilizing various recruiting tools and resources, and also by being able to identify and place our associates with the appropriate clients for success.
Being an account manager requires that I maintain knowledge and conduct all business in accordance with all applicable employment laws and Company procedures. My role also requires that I interact with various departments and it is imperative that accurate documentation of all client and associate Interactions are recorded as to maintain clear communication throughout the company.
My work experience is very customer service based which includes face to face and over the phone customer/client interaction. I’ve held positions in the areas of technical troubleshooting, finance, and sales so my background is very diverse. I look forward to working with everyone being a part of this great access point team.
