I started my career at the Farmington Hills office in 2006 as a Human Resource Manager. I quickly fell in love with the fast-paced PEO environment and AccessPoint Family of employees. Prior to coming to work for the company, I spent 8 years building my skills in the Human Resource workforce, primarily for a non-profit organization, such as Kalamazoo Community Mental Health and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

I find success by cultivating positive relationships with my clients and employees and providing a level of HR services they can trust. My clients know they can count on a solid Human Resource guidance along with a kind and fair approach to employee relations and problem-solving. I enjoy a good challenge and rarely pass up any new or challenging opportunity that is presented to me.

When I not working, I am busy working my other full-time job as a mom to my 12-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter. I can always be found cheering on the sidelines at every one of my kids’ football games, softball games, attending Girl Scout meetings, or volunteering my time with my son’s football league. I also make playtime for some downhill skiing and boarding with my kids, practicing yoga, DYI house projects, standup paddleboarding and spending time with my two energetic boxer boys!
