I am a Corporate Trainer for AccessPoint. My primary role is to manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the New Hire Training programs as well as on-going learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization’s needs. I also work with the management team in analyzing the performance of internal staff so that additional training can be prescribed and developed. I work with the Direct Hire, Staffing and Sales departments. I have been with AccessPoint/Advance Employment for 12 years.
I began as a Front Office Coordinator for the Kalamazoo location just out of high school. I have since worked as an Account Manager, On-Site Supervisor (Pennsylvania location) and Sr. Account Manager prior to accepting my current role as the Corporate Trainer.
