As Executive Vice President of Client Services, I oversee all client experience and customer service for our Full-Service HR division and Charter Schools services. My duties encompass overall client experience and CARE customer service, with an emphasis on Payroll, Benefits, Agency and IT service delivery for our clients. I oversee the the training of our online systems for our clients and employees. I also actively manage our Payroll systems, W-2 processing and ACA systems, providing our clients with the tools they need for reporting 1095’s and 1094’s at year end.

In my role, I assist with new business on-boarding, helping ensure a smooth transition with the AccessPoint team. My position requires working closely with virtually all of our service teams within our Full-Service HR division, making sure our clients are prepared for the delivery of our Payroll and Benefits offerings.

I have been in the PEO business for nearly 25 years, starting as a payroll manager for Vincam Human Resources in 1993. I served as the Director of Midwest Operations for ADP TotalSource from 1998 to 2003. I joined AccessPoint in 2003 and have served as Executive Vice President of Client Services for 14 years.

When I am not working, I am most likely with my family or at the barn with my horses. My perfect day off is spent riding through meadows on horseback.
