My current position as Vice President of Human Resources has me divided into three separate roles. I serve as our internal HR representative/department as well as oversee the HR Management Team that maintains AccessPoint’s PEO, HRM, and Charter School accounts. In addition, I provide direct client services to seven large PEO accounts.

I have 17 years of human resources experience within the PEO industry. I started my HR career as a Client Service Representative handling administrative tasks associated with HR such as collection of new hire paperwork, benefit enrollments, management of unemployment claims and tracking of leaves of absences. My role moved into a Human Resources Generalist role which provided me with a book of clients to service. As my skill set continued to develop and my experience gained strength, I climbed the corporate ladder to become a Senior Human Resources Generalist managing large client accounts, then to Director of HR, and now serving as the Vice President of Human Resources working on more strategic aspects of human resources with the executive team at AccessPoint.

Within my career in the PEO industry, my role in Human Resources has me interacting and collaborating on a daily basis with all other departments in order to fully service our clients’ needs.
