As Vice President of Sales, I am responsible for leading business development for AccessPoint’s Staffing division. I manage our entire staffing sales team, which includes team members across various regions. I am focused on maintaining communication and motivation for our sales team and service staff to ensure complete client satisfaction. I am committed to translating my depth of knowledge to service excellence for our clients, worksite associates and fellow AccessPoint team members.
I have over 20 years experience in the staffing industry, most specifically in business development. I joined Advance Employment Services in 2003 as Vice President of Sales. I retained this position in 2014 when I joined AccessPoint. Since my time with AccessPoint, I have helped orchestrate the expansion of our Staffing division to new markets and regions.
When I am not working or spending time with my family, I serve my community by participating in organizations that I believe in. I am an Advocate for the American Heart Association and helped drive our AccessPoint Cares sponsorship of Heart Walk participation within our company. I am also actively involved with Goodwill Industries, Upward Bound Program, Kalamazoo Area Women’s Festival, Greater United Way of Battle Creek, Kalamazoo Young Professional, and Douglass Community Association. I volunteer at the Salvation Army and The Arc Community Advocates and I am a consultant for Career Quest Learning Center of Kalamazoo. Additionally I am a Certified Tourism Ambassador and serve on the Ambassador Committee for the Kalamazoo Regional Chamber of Commerce.
