As a Vice President of Business development, my success is directly related to the ability to build relationships with partners, as well as internal employees. My responsibility is to understand what a potential client’s needs are and provide a solution to meet those needs. Communication and collaboration with the departments at AccessPoint are essential for a happy and successful client.
I have worked in the HR outsourcing/HR management arena for 20 years. Early on I worked for a few smaller firms, which allowed me to gain a firm grasp of the needs of the small to mid-sized organizations. I then accepted a position with ADP and worked in their TotalSource division, and ultimately was promoted to their National Division, all the while selling HR-related products and solutions. Today at AccessPoint, I am excited to help grow the client base, primarily through relationships with referral sources such as CPA’s and business partners. My goal is to move upmarket, and provide business owners products and solutions that empower them, focus on their core, while driving productivity, and ultimately profitability.
I am married with three children in Michigan, and two in St Louis. Locally, Madison is in medical school, and Jackson and Savanna are in high school. My favorite time is spent with my family!
