As a HR Coordinator, I provide personalized client care for our Florida office. In my position, I like to take a hands-on approach as a representative/liaison for the Human Resource Department. In my role, I preform basic HR functions as well as making sure our clients’ needs are met. Since 2010 I have continued to assist in addressing employee matters, answering requests, questions and conducting employee orientations. I also work to support the HR, Payroll and benefits department. My favorite part of my job is being able to provide the clients with a local presence and accessibility.
Prior to working for AccessPoint I perused a career in the dental field with over 25 years of experience. My last position before moving to Florida was office manager of a dental practice in Litchfield, Connecticut. When I moved down to Florida I then began working as an assistant office manager for a 4 doctor practice in Southwest Florida.
In my spare time, I enjoy cuddling my Yorke pup named Lola and singing in my church choir.
