My primary focus at AccessPoint is to promote and cultivate employee engagement. I work with every aspect of the organization to develop strategies for employee involvement that mirror our Core Values. My goal is to make sure every AccessPoint employee experiences a positive, rewarding and fun workplace environment! I plan a monthly Calendar of Events for the corporate office and oversee each activity. I also suggest, plan and execute company-wide events and localized volunteer opportunities.
Prior to AccessPoint, I worked as a Recruiting Coordinator for our Healthcare IT team for four years. Once a candidate was identified, I facilitated a smooth and efficient on-boarding process. I also managed all background and drug reporting for new and returning consultants.
Before moving back to Farmington Hills in 2011, I worked at Alamo Rent A Car for 18 years. For the first 11 years, I worked in their Ft. Lauderdale headquarters. Later I moved to San Francisco and became the Divisional Director for Administration in their Western Regional Office.
I can’t live without my three amazing kids – 21-year-old Marisa and 18-year-old twins Noah and Rachel!
