As a Benefits Account Manager, I am responsible for the daily administration of benefit, FSA, HSA and Voluntary plans and COBRA as well as 401k retirement programs.  I am lucky enough to assist and support both our PEO and ASO clients in my role.  I also work closely with our Payroll and HR teams to provide exemplary customer service to our clients.

Although I just joined the AccessPoint team in September of 2017, I have over 20 years of diverse experience in the PEO industry.  I started out as a Payroll Representative/Workers’ Compensation Coordinator at a small PEO in 1996 when a customer at the bank I worked at asked if I would like to try something new.  I eventually moved to ADP TotalSource where I worked in the Benefits, Payroll and Implementation Departments.

I’ve been happily married to my husband Jason for 13 years and we are parents to our furry 4 legged daughter Ellie (Llewellin Setter).  We also spend a lot of time with our families.

In my spare time, I like to travel, go to concerts and go “Up North” (Northern Michigan).  I love to spend time in downtown Detroit seeing a game (GO TIGERS!), shopping or having dinner.
