As a Human Resources Manager, my primary focus is PEO unemployment insurance claims management for all clients and internal employees. I research and respond to claims, coordinate hearings, problem solve and serve as a resource for all unemployment-related questions and problems for worksite employees, clients, and internal staff. I also manage background checks and drug screening services, fielding questions for both clients and internal employees. Additionally, I have several small clients that I personally service and I support the HR service team with handbooks and other HR-related matters.

I have over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and 25 years in the PEO Industry, all with Amstaff, later ADP, and now AccessPoint. My other areas of expertise include hiring, terminations, employment law, EEOC, wage & hour, FMLA, ADA, and event planning.

I am married, have two grown children and a dog named, Kevin. In my free time, I enjoy boating, golfing and managing my son’s hockey team.
