As the Manager of the Benefits Department I manage all functions of administering benefits for AccessPoint clients and oversee all operations within the Benefits Department. Our team works very closely with the Access Benefits Agency and the HR Management Team. Our Benefits Department performs the following functions: client renewals, enrollments, changes in plans and dependents, Flex Spending, Dependent Care plan, HSA administration, ACA maintaining and reporting, COBRA Administration, and maintaining changes/additions/terminations in all carrier sites.

I also handle the implementation and administration of our clients’ 401(k) plans that are part of the AccessPoint group plan.

I have been working in the PEO industry for 21 years, with an extensive background in Payroll. I joined the AccessPoint family in 2001 as a Payroll Specialist. In 2015, I made a career decision to move up at AccessPoint and become the Benefits Manager.
