As a Front Office Coordinator, I am the first point of contact for job seekers. That often involves me finding the best possible way to engage potential candidates in conversation in order to discover their likes and dislikes in regards to employment, so that I can help find the most suitable career for each individual person. I also assist with clerical activities such as data entry, filing, document preparation and any other office needs. It is important for me to be flexible and efficient. I am essentially the liaison between job-seekers and account managers!
Prior to AccessPoint, I worked in customer service roles for a variety of different companies which has helped me adapt to my current role tremendously. I enjoy my work as I find purpose in being able to lend a hand in the process of connecting employers to employees!
